Ethical guidelines for Editor
in Chief/ Editor
editor should give unbiased decision without any regard to race, gender,
religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the
author(s), to all manuscripts offered for publication in Bibliotics Journals.
Editor should not disclose the confidential information; unless and until it
is authorised by the source of that information, or if
there are allegations of misconduct that require access to that confidential
information, or if the Editor is ordered/required by law to disclose that
editor should not use/disclose any unpublished work/ arguments/ interpretations
of a submitted manuscript for his/her own work, but with consent from the
author. An editor must and should respect the intellectual independence of
